What or Who is the "Town Drunk"?

Loretta came back from Alaska and saw a great game that one of the local bars played, so we decided to have some fun with it here.

Stop by and add your name to the “Town Drunk” list.                                   (you may only add your own name)  

1.     Each morning Pete Lopez draws a name.

2.     That name will be put on the “Town Drunk” chalkboard.

3.     “Town Drunk” only pays half price for drinks all day.      

Rules
  1. Half price applies to any drink (not just beer & well) for the "Drunk" ONLY
  2. If you don’t want alcohol, you may have sodas and coffee FREE
  3. "Drunk may not buy others drinks at "Drunks" price
  4. Anyone buying the “Drunk” a drink, pays "Drunk" price
  5. NO chips will be given
  6. NO drinks backed up or markers
  7. Bartender follows all ABC Rules and Regulations
